Jasper - 8 weeks

Jasper (aka Chubbs) - Adopted July 22

Chubbs (a.k.a. 'Jasper') had a GREAT first night. He is the nicest little boy and a wonderful house guest. He did not fuss once about his new hosts or his new accommodations.

It was probably a long drive for him in the car to our house. He threw up some of his dinner, about an hour after we got home and had settled him into his pen. It did not seem to bother him. He freshened his mouth with a good drink of water and then returned to his happy task of licking and playing with us. Lucky us!

He slept in his bed, in his pen, quite happily. He woke up once around 1 a.m. Katie got up to check on him and he had done a poop on the paper! He wanted a little cuddle and then he crawled back into his bed and went right back to sleep!

We were up at 6:30. We took him outside to his ex-pen and he pooped and peed right away. He came inside, ate a good breakfast, played with Katie for an hour and then snuggled back into his bed for another good sleep.

We had forgotten about this nice age - where he sleeps a lot. We are preparing ourselves for his next stage of go-go-go all day long!

Thank you for all that you do for pugs and dogs of all kinds and ages. Thank you for helping Jasper come to our house and become part of our family.

Paul, Janet, Kate and Michelle
