A true rescue angel passed suddenly yesterday, leaving a saddened family and shocked rescue community.  Barb was a founding member of Tiny Paws rescue and the person responsible for ordering and sending those wonderful Animal Rescue Transport decals that so many of us sport on our vehicles.  Her good humour and rescue assistance will be sorely missed.  I don't know the details of her passing nor the arrangements but will post when/if I find out.

ETA:  Barb was only 45.  Yesterday she was having problems breathing and became unresponsive to her 13 year old son.  He called 911, they rushed her to hospital but they couldn't revive her.  Besides her son Aaron, she leaves her husband and a teenage daughter Candace.

O dear Lord.  I never met her, but she was well known and respected in the rescue community.  My heart goes out to her family.
