For a Dog disaster Kit you will need the following, my suggestion would be to keep all these items in a water tight container with a Canine First Aid kit! Place all documents and smaller items in a water tight bag (Ziploc/Glad baggie) will do.

Can anyone add to this list??

Lori Cool Copies veterinary records for each pet (vaccination records and information on existing medical conditions).
9) Copies of registration information (adoption papers, proof of purchase, microchip, or other identification information i.e licencing).
10) List of emergency contacts (friends or relatives, veterinarian's contact information, and listings of nearby pet-friendly hotels/parks).
11) I think this is one of the most important; a recent photograph(s) of you and your pets with his/her breed, colouring, age etc. writtten on the back of the photo(s)
12) Duplicate of a toy(s) he/she enjoys. A good way to help keep your pet calm.
13) Extra blankets that your dog(s) likes to cuddle in.

Thanks for the good ideas Lori.
I have given lots of thought to what my daughter and I would need in the event of a disaster, but needed a reminder regarding my fur babies!!
