Hey all! Hugo is due home tomorrow! Finally!

Is it normal to be a little nervous about taking care of this new addition to my life?? Ahh!

So excited, but a little nervous. I hope I'm a good pug mommy...

Congrats.  Be prepared to be overwhelmed, to think that you don't have a clue and for him to be potentially more work than you expected.  All pretty normal.
And don't be surprised if he cries alot initially--he'll be missing his litter mates and mom for a bit, but should settle within a week or two.
Store up your patience, your energy and repeat to yourself over and over "He's just a baby.  He's not doing this to drive me crazy".  Puppies are adorable, wonderful and ALOT OF WORK.

Ask questions.  We're here to help.

Congratulations to you and your Baby Hugo!

When I went to pick up my Lola when she was a puppy I sure did have a twitchy tummy like most, but everything worked out just fine.

And like Blanche says, all you have have to do is ask on here for help.

I'd say it's a very good sign that you're nervous  Grin  To me it means you're taking the responsibility seriously and you're already invested before he has even arrived.

Congratulations and don't forget we love pictures, lots and lots of pictures  Cheesy

It seams like only yesterday you said that you had 4wks to go, see how fast the time went, now baby Hugo will be in his furever home. Yes we love pictures and hope to see you both at a future pugalug when Hugo has all his puppy shots. So congratulations to the both of you.
