New Feature: Spell Check

I've enabled spell check on the forum setup (a server upgrade enabled this to be possible).
To use this Spell Check, simply click on the "Spell Check" button under the text area of the post when you have finished typing. It will give you a pop up window with the spell check suggestions (if required).
