It always makes me so sad to read these posts.  A candle will be lit in her memory.  Thank-you Candace and Laura, for the love and care you have given Emi over the last eight months and for the your final, selfless act of kindness.

Run free at the bridge Emi!  Look for Buster and Murphy, they'll show you where everything is and you can boss them around!

I received a lovely note yesterday. It was from Emi's neurologist, Dr. Cochrane. I thought it was very sweet of her.

Yes, I think so too Candace, I don't think it's a common occurrance that Doctors relay a personal message to their patient's families.
