Just an FYI to all who are eating good bacteria
A&P (Metro) now carries Liberte Kefir ........ yum yum!
$3.95 and mine has an expiry date of november

I love the Liberte stuff. And they make a goat milk blackberry yogourt that is divine....

Hey kiddo! Metro even has the strawberry kefir but I opted for the plain so the boys could have
some too!

I love that brand too! I eat the Organic cranberry yogurt with granola every day with my lunch

If you ever check out their website it is really neat to see all the products that they actually
offer and I'm so glad that more and more supermarkets are starting to carry this brand
Although I do get the plain Liberte yogurt from Costco
still a better buy!

I just saw goats milk yogurt in the healthfood isle at
SuperStore!
Worth a try!
They also have large bottled, orange flavored silica!
