He got quite a few great apps. I know that his foster mom was working midnights and that slowed down her ability to go through them quickly. Hopefully, within the next week we'll know what the story is.
How's it been for Caesar? I hope people don't forget about him... |

Update on Charlie. The fosterhome did try to reach a few applicants but didn't get through to them. They will try again tonight. He has some great applications. Hang in there!
