He hasn't improved at all. I am very worried. I have managed to get him to pee, but he seems so bewildered about not being mobile. It was so sudden, that's why I still think it is stroke related. All he is doing is sleeping.....okay he manages to eat, but it is Salvador. Poor guy keeps falling over while he is eating. I'm so glad that today is the last day of school and I can be home for my poor boy.

Funny how peeing is such a concern. We're all so happy Salvador was able to fine relief in peeing, but other dogs are given up for peeing!
Our thoughts are with you during this stressful time.

Candace I'm so sorry to hear Salvador isn't improving. Lots of healing wishes are coming out to you. It will be a relief that you can be home with him now, I know I hate to be away from my girls if they are not well. He'll be happy to have you close by.

Sorry to hear all this about Salvador, sad to hear and I hope it isn't anything very serious, although it's hard as they age. Hope his birthday goes well...

He has made a slight improvement today! He is attempting to walk. His one leg drags behind him, but he tries to lift it. No such luck. The other leg seems to have some stability. So, he manages to move a number of very wobbly steps before he comes to a twisted sit. I am very pleased to see any type of recovery. It seems to take a lot out of him to try, but he is making progress. Let's hope each day brings some improvement.
