I don't imagine he'll be waiting long for a furever home. He's cute, cute, cute.

Hi Everyone, My wife Marie-Christine (MC) and I just put in an application to adopt Banjo. If we are successful, he will be joining our other two puggie boys Bobo and Shadow as members of our family. MC and I are very excited and hopeful. Wish us luck! cheers, Andy B

And Nyla--who is adorable and a puppy has not received many apps at all. It's the black pug thing. They always get apps.

Too bad about no applications because Nyla sounds like a Pug girl sweetheart. If Nyla was a Pug boy we'd sure be thinking about applying. Winnie would like to have a boy Pug playmate.

Her boy toy will come along, Joanne. Sometimes it just takes a while. The application thing is weird. I would have thought we'd be flooded with apps for Nyla--she is cute and hilarious. I watched her entertain herself for 10 minutes on her foster mom's front lawn with an acorn. she threw it, chased it, threw it, chased it. Very entertaining for her and for me. And Pippin didn't get many apps--he only got two and one of those pulled out. Mind you, the other app was great and he will be going to that home on Friday. Charlie got more apps than I thought he would since our older dogs don't usually get a big response. Weird.

I think they are all so cute and want to take them all home! I'm sure many on here feel the same way.

To be perfectly honest, MC and I put in the application for Banjo instead of Nyla only because we already have two male pugs. We have absolutely no problem with a pug girl though -- we just want another puggie in our lives. If Nyla needs a good home, and Banjo already has solid applicants, we would be happy to switch our application to her. Just let us know Blanche.

I just reread Nyla's page and she is very cute and sounds lovely. Maybe it is the age - for some reason, if I ever were to get second dog - I would likely prefer one around 2 years old. Who knows - fingers crossed for her to find a great furever home soon.

She has gotten a few applications, but Banjo has gotten double what she has. It is a black pug thing, plus some people look at the price, too. Banjo is $400 and Nyla is $550, which is a steal for a puppy that is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. They will both find great homes. It's the seniors that sit there, like Caesar and Under my wings Rosie and Levi.

Candace that is such a sad thing about seniors not getting applications. Right now we are looking for a match for Winnie as a playmate, around her age or a bit younger, but if it were just a matter choosing any Pug to adopt I'd love to fill the house with seniors. Sasha is a little older (not exactly sure how old) and she is such a character. The older Pugs have had the time to become more like themselves just like old people and the personalities more pronounced. Someday I hope we'll have a house full of seniors, both Pugs and us!
