We just received the happy news this afternoon; my wife MC and I have been selected to provide little Banjo his furever home.  We are thrilled beyond words and can hardly wait to meet him next week.  Bobo and Shadow are also very happy -- I guess they are picking up happy vibe from MC and I.

We will keep everyone informed on the little guy's progress over the coming weeks.  Our heartfelt thanks go out to everyone at Pugalug for selecting us.

Hi Everyone,

Well, as I type this update the Banjo is on my knee!  What a sweet morsel of puppiness.

Banjo was dropped off at our place by Lesley at around noon yesterday.  As an introduction, Lesley and I took all three dogs (I had Bobo and Shadow and Lesley had Banjo) on a walk together along the short forest path near my house.  Everyone got along very well -- it was a successful introduction.

All three of the boys played all after noon and all evening together; the house was a whirlwind of activity.  Banjo has integrated into the pack without a hitch -- his timidity issue seems to have disappeared -- at least with Bobo and Shadow; he is more often than not the one who initiates the games and races.

Banjo has one potty accident yesterday -- he looked up at me with his doe like eyes as he thoroughly soaked my rug Undecided, but since then he has taken to hanging out by the back patio door when he wants to go on a walk.

Without a doubt, Banjo is just about the most food motivated pug I've ever encountered -- it is truly a sight to behold at dinner time.  His food motivation is proving a boon to training; I've already taught him to sit, stay and "take it" on command for a bit of dried liver.

I'll keep everyone posted on his progress, and will be posting plenty of pictures of the little booger as time goes by.

Congratulations Andy, Mc, Bobo, Shadow and of course Banjo.  Sounds like you have a very exciting house.  I am glad his transition is going fairly smoothly.  Maybe he just wanted to "mark" his arrival.  Wishing you all the very best!
